Delegates Summers and Householder move to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

Com. Sub. for House Bill 4494 – “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new article, designated as §16-9G-1 and §16-9G-2, all relating to expanding tobacco use reduction and cessation initiatives; creating a task force to undertake studies and monitor and advise the Division of Tobacco Prevention and recommend policies to the Legislature; setting forth duties of the Division of Tobacco Prevention; and authorizing the Division of Tobacco Prevention to apply and administer private grants and donations.”.
